IPTV not working? Check these 7 things first
Short answer: first find out whether every channel fails or only one. If only one fails, the problem is that channel. If every channel fails, check your subscription date, your login details, then your app and internet, in that order.
Match what you see to the likely cause
| What you see | Most likely cause | First thing to try |
|---|---|---|
| "Invalid login" or "authorization failed" | A typing mistake or an expired plan | Retype the details, then check the date |
| The app cannot connect | Wrong server address, or an internet problem | Check the address, then restart the router |
| Channels load, then freeze | Slow or unstable connection | Try a cable instead of Wi-Fi |
| Channels are there, the guide is empty | The TV guide has not updated | Update the EPG in the app settings |
| One channel is black | A temporary problem with that channel | Try another channel, then come back later |
1. Check your subscription date
Look at the "valid until" date on your login message. If it has passed, the service stops by itself. You can renew from the pricing page.
2. Retype your login
Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive, and it is easy to confuse a capital I with a small L, or a zero with the letter O. Copy and paste them if your device allows it.
3. Check the server address
The address must match your latest login message exactly, including the http:// at the start. If support sent you a new server address, delete the old playlist and add it again.
4. Restart the app and the device
Close the app fully, restart the TV or box, then try again. On many devices you can also clear the app's cache in the settings.
5. Test your internet
Open a video on another app. If that also stutters, the problem is your connection. Restart the router, move closer to it, or use a cable. The internet speed guide shows what each quality needs.
6. Try another app or device
Add the same login to a player on your phone. If it plays there, your login works, and the problem is on the first app or device. The setup guide has steps for each device.
7. Ask support
If it still fails, use the live chat on this site or the contact page. Tell us your order number, app, device, and what you see on screen.
Common questions
Why did my IPTV stop working suddenly?
The most common causes are an expired subscription, a changed server address, a stuck app, or a problem with your home internet. Check them in that order, because the first two take seconds.
Why does one channel fail while the others work?
A single channel can have a temporary source problem. If other channels play normally, your login and internet are fine. Try again later, and tell support if it continues.
What should I send to support?
Your order number, the app and device you use, what you see on the screen, and whether every channel fails or only some. That is usually enough for them to find the cause quickly.
